We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where products are unavailable, information provided is incorrect or payment cannot be verified.

3. Custom & Personalised Orders

Love Luxe SA offers personalised gifts, custom creations and bespoke gifting. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, wording, dates, colours, designs and other details provided for a custom order are correct.

Once a personalised or custom order has been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Customised and personalised products may not be eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind.

4. Product Availability & Variations

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and colours displayed on our website are accurate. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, materials, lighting and the handmade or customised nature of certain products.

Some products may be made to order and therefore require additional processing time. Any applicable production timeframes will be communicated where necessary.

5. Delivery

Love Luxe SA delivers within South Africa, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery fees and estimated delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout or communicated when your order is confirmed.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the product, customisation requirements and delivery destination. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, delays caused by courier services, public holidays, weather or circumstances outside our control may occur.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and contact information. Love Luxe SA cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, customised, personalised and made-to-order items may not be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, please contact Love Luxe SA as soon as reasonably possible after receiving your order and provide details and photographs of the issue.

Any approved returns, replacements or refunds will be assessed and handled in accordance with applicable South African consumer protection laws.

7. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order. Once a custom, personalised or made-to-order product has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Where an order can be cancelled before production begins, any applicable refund will be handled on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

8. Customer-Supplied Designs & Information

Where customers provide logos, photographs, artwork, wording or other materials for use in a personalised or custom product, the customer confirms that they have the necessary permission or rights to use and provide those materials.

Love Luxe SA reserves the right to decline any customisation request that may infringe the rights of another person or business or that may be unlawful or inappropriate.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Love Luxe SA logo, branding, photographs, product images, text, graphics and designs, remains the property of Love Luxe SA or its respective licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, modified or used without prior written permission.
